The applications are didactic and a reference to exercise under a pattern of tasks. Their aim is to provide personal training guidelines and help the coach or tutor with exercise planning aimed at the development of individual and collective skills. The planning and demonstration of different technical exercises are designated to provide a proper development of skills and concepts for the practice of football.
In a first phase of growth and development of the children, we must use football as an instrument of developing and strengthening personal values from an early age. Only a few will be able to compete at a high level, so the formation of people should be the first objective in this developing stage.
We understand football as a useful and enjoyable instrument for the growth of people and values such as:
WORK AND EFFORT:
Individual and team work, individual and collective effort, personal sacrifice in favor of the group.
RESPECT:
Respect for rules, colleagues and the team. Regard for rival teams and players and for sports facilities. Respect towards the referee. To learn how to win and lose. Respect for the diversity of conditions and abilities of peers and rivals.
GOOD HABITS:
Habits of healthy life, hygiene, food and rest.
RESPONSIBILITY:
Acquire and improve responsibility and commitment with colleagues and with oneself from an early age. Responsibility with their own equipment and clothing. Responsibility in the schedules of training and matches. Responsibility in separating football from other activities. Responsibility as synonymous of discipline, postponing soccer to studies and other personal responsibilities.
In these ages, all children must participate equally in the game and competition, regardless of their personal ability and training.
Trainers, tutors, parents and practitioners with the common objective of reaching the development of people through football as a funny and formative tool.
Possibly some of them could devote themselves to football professionally, either as football players or as coaches or other related subjects. If not the case, as amateurs they will have the possibility of a global learning of the best tactical explanations, techniques and strategy in the football market.
